By using mechanisms such as guide rails, material bumps, and quick change racks, the mold is assembled in the assembly area and placed on the guide rails along with the quick change rack to move to the machine position and switch to the machine guide rail positioning. The mold is positioned by the positioning mechanism and manually locked (fully automatic models do not require manual participation). At the same time, the docking of material pipes is completed, converting the internal time of mold replacement into external time, greatly reducing the downtime of machine mold replacement, truly achieving SMCD (QCOT), improving equipment utilization, greatly improving the working environment of mold installers, increasing work efficiency, saving labor costs, maintaining simplicity, improving worker safety, and meeting the HE&S requirements of modern industry. The mold replacement time is approximately 20-30 minutes.

One-touch mold replacement

The one-touch mold replacement system is an optimized upgrade based on the fast mold changing system, achieving a faster mold changing time of about 5 minutes, which better reduces labor costs. Truly achieving unmanned mold replacement.

Molding system

Combined with digital pressure sensors, the mold cavity pressure can be linearly stabilized, changing the traditional method of analog control valve opening and closing, and ensuring stable product quality with the guarantee of imported valve brands, while effectively saving energy consumption such as steam;

(2) The design of the latest heating system bypass pipeline for the molding machine can effectively reduce molding time and steam energy consumption.

(1) Adopting Siemens intelligent control system and user-friendly Windows operating interface, making operation more convenient and intelligent;
